When you need a photo studio, look no further than our Natural Light Studio located on the second floor of The Neu Neu. With floor-to-ceiling historic factory windows that let in an outpouring of natural light and white walls providing the perfect canvas for your photo shoot!

Intimate yet spacious, 1,100 square feet allow for plenty of room available for everyone involved.  Our unique location carries a specific atmosphere that can’t be replicated. The tall, south facing windows let you see out into the heart of the historic North Loop in Minneapolis, creating a vibrant space unlike any other photo studio in the area.

Our studios not only offer comfort and luxury, but we will also offer the best experience possible. Our prices are affordable because we want to ensure that the studio is enjoyed by both high-end productions as well as start-up artists.

This space is available to rent as a photo studio, short term office space, or client meeting space.

PHOTO/FILM/VIDEO RENTAL RATES: 

Hourly: $100 per hour (with a 3-hour minimum)

Half-Day (6 hours):  $500 per day

Three-Quarters-Day (9 hours):  $725 per day

Full Day (12hours):  $1,000 per day

Prep/Strike Day  (M-Th - 9 hours):  $650 per day

Overtime: $100 per hour
