Our Main Studio, located on the first floor with over 3,000 square feet and provides a perfect work space while still having plenty of lounge space in the 1,200 square foot Green Room for in between shoots. Atmosphere is everything in a studio and this space has it all. Ideal studio space for photography and film shoots.  Open floor plan with street level entry for easy load in. Daylight or controlled lighting. MUA room, garment rack, steamer and everything else you need for a shoot to run smoothly.

 

With 22-foot high vaulted ceilings, beautiful west-facing glass garage door and easy load in/load out access, our Main Studio is the ideal studio space to rent out for both small and large productions! PHOTO/FILM/VIDEO RENTAL RATES:
Hourly: $250 per hour (with a 4-hour minimum)
Half-Day (6 hours):  $1,500 per day
Three Quarters-Day (9 hours):  $2,250 per day
Full Day (12hours):  $2,800 per day
Prep/Strike Day  (M-Th - 9 hours):  $2,000 per day
Overtime: $250 per hour
